Job Development

Career Quest provides job development services to each job seeker – our "client."

Once a client chooses to work with Career Quest, we devote time to get to know the individual. Together, we explore vocational interests, skills and attributes towards identifying job placement goals.

CQ also devotes time to understand our client's personal interests, preferences, dislikes and support needs. As a result an individualized service plan is developed.

Career Quest then devotes time to identify potential employers in the community. CQ strives to establish a good "job match." Specifically, to match the job seeker's strengths, skills and interests to an employer with specific needs "matching" the individual's abilities.

This includes consideration of the workplace setting/conditions, the worksite culture, access ability, etc.
