- We assist employers with the recruitment, screening and training process for new employees. The goal of Career Quest is to meet the needs of the employer and worksite, while customizing a position for you.
- Our staff tour work sites and provide a job analysis reflective of the worksite requirements. We work with the employer to match their needs with your abilities.
- Upon hire, Career Quest provides on-the-job training and support services to promote work independence, meet quality standards and successful assimilation into the workplace. All aspects of the program are coordinated with the worksite supervisor to ensure a successful placement for you.
- We also assist you with communication, co-worker relationships, building natural support structures, etc.
- CQ assists the employer with meeting & understanding Washington State ADA requirements/standards.
